Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy states that all sales are final and non-refundable. In the instance where a product is defected or has been damaged via transit, please send through an email to crushesadl@gmail.com for assistance.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your defective product. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us at crushesadl@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and the details of the item that is defected for a return. For domestic returns, a flat $8.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you’re outside of Australia, email us at crushesadl@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. Our team will provide detailed instructions and support to make the process seamless.
